 1. Make Your Site  Look Professional

You could hire a designer or developer or do it yourself. I have discovered many website designers and I have used their ideas and created something different in my own style.

One thing I highly recommend  for WordPress sites is to  use Thrive Themes.  A dedicated team that teaches as well as sells their templates for WordPress sites.  I am an  enthusiastic affiliate for Thrive Architect.  This page was created by using it for all devices.

 2. Marketing Strategies  for Small Business

 1.  Be Crystal Clear About Your Goals
If you are selling an item,  whether it’s an idea, or your company’s product or your own service. Writing content that adds email subscribers to your list is the way to go. Each email is a potential client or sale so you see how important this tip is.

2. What Is The Fastest Way To Grow Your Traffic?
Post somewhere, and then link it back. Social email and direct traffic will form your basis for a consistent traffic stream.

However, the best way to attract a large number of new readers is to post on other sites with more traffic than your blog and then it link back. Bringing in new readers is critical, without traffic your business will only be on your screen -alone!

3. Find a Good Mentor
I have found a few that I follow. I get to know them online from something they have posted, such as a blog post linked from Pinterest.

I liked the way that they have branded themselves and the products that they have to sell. I have taken many courses that have helped me enormously. I have met many women who are very good marketers. I have bought their courses, taken their challenges and bought their books. You can read more on my site and my email list about these marketers.

  3. Make Your  Booking a Simple  Process

Acuity Online Appointment Scheduling.  The best scheduler I have found, and I tested a good many.

Take my  advise and try this one. It's even free to start. I am an affiliate.

  4. Social Media

Having studied Social Media,I know and keep up with the platforms all the time. It's not important to be using all of them for your business though. What is important is to know which ones do the best job for your business.

An example -Your target market is not interested in snap chat if they are older and established.  If they have an audience of bloggers then most likely they will be using Pinterest Facebook and Instagram.

There are may ways to use the networks, what works best for your business. Facebook Ads? Maybe? Lots of ways to use social media tools as well to help promote your business.

  5. Show off the best side  of your Site/Blog

Do your pages look OK on mobile? If you use Thrive themes they will  look  more than ok they will look great.

Which pages do you think you should have on your website?

  • home
  • about
  • contact
  • services
  • work with me
