This outlines the basics of how we can work together.


After signing up on my contact page and booking  the chat,

(I ask a few questions  in the sign up page about you and your business. )

This chat is  free for you. To see if we are a good fit.

I first like to chat for  15 - 20 mins using Zoom which is a video like software

 that is very easy to use.  I send you an email link.


If we both decide that we are both agreeable,

I send a beta test  contract  for a one week of paid work to see if we are a

 good match to work together. 

Hours of Operation:

I want to ensure I am available to your specific needs. At this time I do not offer set weekday hours, however I do work Monday through Friday, standard business hours  9 - 4 ​est.


Holidays:

I do take off all Major Holidays, both Canadian and US, which are: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanks Giving(2), Christmas, Eve, Day and New Years Eve,  and New Years Day . ​


Invoicing & Payment:

All payment is due up front before  (as per  signed contract) Work begins as stated. For retainer packages the monthly payment will be paid by the 1st of the month. Payment can be made with the Proposal, Contract, & Invoice provided using Dubsado software.​


Software and Programs:

Some services will require that you have purchased or obtained a subscription (examples include: Dubsado, Shopify, Infusion Soft, ect) For design-based projects, most projects will not require a separate subscription. You will provide the password for programs you have
been subscribed to.


Confidentialty:

I take confidentiality very seriously. I will not share any of your personal information outside of Marketing Offline Online. This information includes your name, business name, address, email, as well as payment information.


Passwords:

For sharing passwords I request that you use LastPass. A free tool that allows you to share your passwords with me safely. All passwords will be kept private and confidential.  Downloaded to your browser.


Project Submissions:

All projects will be submitted through email  to: kathrynmaclean@marketingofflineonline.net  G Suite -secure cloud storage ad file sharing.  This is following priority as listed in Project Turnaround and Rush Projects. ​


​Project Turnaround:

I do my best to ensure that all projects are completed quickly and accurately. I do request that projects are submitted by Monday morning at 9:00 am Est so that I am able to plan the week according to the highest priority. Requests received before 9:00 am Monday will be considered a top priority based upon the project deadline. Please provide 48-hours notice for all other projects and I will work to complete these projects in a timely manner with consideration for the  project deadline.​ ​


Rush Projects:

All rush jobs that need to be completed within 24 hours will be considered a rush project and will be billed at 1.5 hours per hour. $30. USA


Time Tracking:

​I use a program called Toggl which is a great tool as it allows me to track my time as well as create a record of my time spent doing a task if charging by the hour as an additional project addition to the contracted work .
