Do you know what a Virtual Assistant does?

A Virtual Assistant or VA, for short is anyone. who works as an ... administrative, creative, marketing or technical capacity
in a virtual or remote environment.

Are you doing "All The Things"in your business?
The social media? The scheduling?
The technical things like  working on your site.

The life of an entrepreneur… right
...but it doesn’t have to be all done by YOU!

Hi I'm Kathryn,

Learn how to scale your business while
creating more time for the things that
move your business forward. More time
for other things family!

It's my mission to help small business women realize that the overwhelming chaos of owning a small business is NOT the new norm.

It is possible to design a business with structure that involves a virtual assistant, or two or more added to make a team, that gives a new freedom to the ownership of having a small business.

I am a small business owner myself  (offline) who offers virtual assistance, on  the technical side to assist passionate  online business owners.

Virtual Assistant

Solopreneurs juggling all the balls, do   all the things, wear all the hats,  because they HAD to when they started  their businesses.

However, now you could  use some assistance with all that.

There comes a time when you  need help!
Your Maxed out! Where to Find reliable help?

There are many questions to ask yourself about hiring online help.

Such as -

  • where to  find an assistant?
  • How much will the cost be?
  • What tasks will the VA do?
Virtual Assistant

If you're looking to hire a Virtual Assistant-

What tasks would you want to outsource?

If you include tasks that require specialized knowledge you may need to hire more than one assistant.

I took a short course on Udemy about...

HOW To Hire  A Virtual Assistant

Udemy certificate

I started my VA business in order to have control over my schedule while working alongside my  husband in our offline business of 12 years.

But, I fell in love with the opportunity of using my training and knowledge to help women online with their businesses.

Over they years - I learned to love marketing!

I have extensive experience as a writer and a Social Media Campaign Creation Specialist.

I understand how frustrating it can be to spend hours trying to market your business, post to social media platforms, set up and
maintain an email list or do website updates, when this is totally NOT your cup of tea.

Instead of tossing your computer out the window in total frustration, oh yes I have felt like this too!

I can help you build your business by helping you create a website, or make website updates quickly, and be your  go-to web person to help keep your business moving forward.

A Virtual Assistant is a worth-while investment in your business to save a whole pile of STRESS and achieve the results you want...

How to pinpoint your highest leveraged activities and profitably outsource the ones that you dread.

My specialty is teaching busy entrepreneurs how to outsource and create systems in their businesses, without breaking the bank, or pulling their hair out.

  1. Hi Kathryn,
I’m glad you’re successful as a VA. Out-sourcing is one of those things I probably ought to do but too much of a control freak LOL.
Although I must confess that I have outsourced graphics creation and the results FAR exceeded anything I could have done. So I will concede that there is definitely a case to answer for a successful business using a VA.

    1. Hi Joy,
To get more done it is a very good idea to have help with the things you’re not good at or that drives you crazy.
Spending to much time trying to figure something out takes away from time creating things that make you money. Glad you concede
that there is a case for a successful business with the help of a VA. Thanks for your comments!

  2. Hi Kathryn,
I KNOW from experience you’re an excellent assistant from the work you did on PAC. So as a Virtual Assistant you’ll be excellent for anyone that hires you ! I wish you LOTS of success, I may even hire you … 🙂

    1. Hi Lesly, Thanks for your kind words. It was my pleasure to help you with PAC for so many years.
I am now setting up Dubsado that automatically sets up a proposal, contract, and invoice from the contact page.
You may hire me anytime. Thanks for your comments.
